We’re building powerful tools that sit at the intersection of data, judgment, and AI, and we’re looking for curious, ambitious graduates to help us shape the future of work.What you’ll be working onWe’re not just tinkering, we’re turning AI into real tools people will rely on. You’ll help us build and test the smart systems behind Zigbert, including:Designing prompt flows that teach the AI how to reason about jobs, skills, and payCreating structured examples and scenarios to improve Zigbert’s recommendationsTesting the AI’s output against real-world cases (is it smart? is it fair? is it helpful?)Building feedback loops and processes to help the AI learn over timeWorking alongside experienced Reward Consultants to encode domain expertiseContributing to product ideas, experiments, and the way Zigbert evolvesNo two weeks will be the same, but you’ll always be building, learning, and improving the system.What kind of grads are we looking for?We’re not expecting AI experts. We’re looking for people who are:Curious, thoughtful, and self-directedStrong at writing, structuring ideas, and thinking logicallyComfortable experimenting, refining, and explaining how things workExcited by the idea of building products, even if you’ve never done it beforeIt helps if you’ve used AI tools before, maybe you’ve built a Custom GPT, integrated AI into a project, or just hacked together clever workflows with ChatGPT or Claude.If you’ve recently finished a degree – or perhaps are studying part-time for a higher qualification - and you love structured problem-solving, we’d love to hear from you.Who are we?TwentySix are reward specialists based in Brighton. Since 2007, we have supported organisations in making smart decisions about pay and reward, using internal expertise alongside our own database which isone of the largest and most in-depth databases on salary data across the UK. We’re now building on that foundation to develop Zigbert, the platform to complement our bespoke work, making our expertise more accessible.
