Job Title: Technology Project Manager (Hospitality Experience Required)Our clent is a dynamic and growing organisation in the hospitality sector, committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences through innovation and technology. As they continue to enhance their operations, they are seeking a Technology Project Manager with a solid background in hospitality to join the team and lead the successful delivery of critical IT initiatives across the business.Job Summary:The Technology Project Manager will oversee and manage a portfolio of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical knowledge, proven leadership ability, and excellent organisational skills. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between IT and business operations, ensuring that technology solutions are delivered efficiently, on time, and within scope—while supporting an exceptional hospitality experience.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects across operational and support functionsCollaborate with department heads and stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and technical requirementsOversee the implementation and integration of new systems, ensuring minimal disruption to operationsManage relationships with external vendors and partners for system deployments and upgradesMonitor project performance, including budgets, timelines, risks, and deliverablesEnsure compliance with data privacy and cybersecurity standards (e.g., GDPR) relevant to the hospitality industryServe as a key contact for system-related issues, coordinating with internal teams and third-party vendorsDrive service delivery and resolution of technical incidents, problems, and enhancement requestsDevelop and track metrics to assess IT service performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvementStay current with emerging technologies and provide recommendations to support business strategyRequired Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldProject Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) preferred but not essentialProven experience working in the hospitality industry (this is a must-have)Strong technical acumen with an understanding of systems and software relevant to hospitality operationsExceptional problem-solving and decision-making skillsExcellent communication skills (both verbal and written)Strong organisational and time management abilitiesWhy should you be interested?Be part of a growing, forward-thinking company that values innovationWork in a collaborative and supportive environmentLead impactful projects that directly enhance guest experiences and business outcomes If you meet the above qualifications and are excited about using technology to enhance hospitality, we’d love to hear from you.
