Insolvency Solicitor - Remote

We’re looking for a skilled Contentious Insolvency Solicitor who’s confident handling complex disputes and enjoys getting to the heart of challenging cases.You’ll work across a wide range of insolvency litigation, including claims involving directors, antecedent transactions, misfeasance, preferences, and unlawful dividends. The work is high quality, the team is collaborative, and you’ll have genuine autonomy to manage your own caseload.This role would suit someone who:Has solid experience in contentious insolvency and commercial litigationCan manage cases independently and think commerciallyEnjoys variety — from advising IPs and directors to acting on complex asset recovery mattersValues flexibility and a firm that judges on output, not office presenceSalary: £45,000–£65,000 (DOE)Location: RemoteIf you’re an insolvency litigator who thrives on problem-solving and wants to be trusted to do your best work — wherever you’re based — we’d love to hear from you.
