You will take ownership of projects from initial concept through to successful delivery, shaping product strategies and driving Agile programme delivery in user-centred environments.This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a forward-thinking organisation committed to innovation, collaboration, and making a real impact in public sector and consulting domains.Role OverviewAs a Principal Product Manager (Consultant), you will:Lead significant consulting engagements end-to-end, ensuring delivery excellenceShape product strategy, develop business cases, and influence senior stakeholdersDrive Agile transformations and programme delivery in product-focused contextsManage, coach, and develop a small senior team, fostering performance and growthFacilitate large stakeholder workshops to drive focused and actionable outcomesBuild and maintain trusted relationships with C-Level executivesTranslate complex business requirements into cost-effective functional solutionsNavigate commercial considerations to deliver projects on time and within budgetAdapt quickly to fast-changing and uncertain environmentsEssential Skills & ExperienceExtensive experience in Product Management, User Experience, Agile, and Programme AssuranceIn-depth knowledge of at least two major business verticals (e.g., Telco, Financial Services, Retail)Experience with at least two business application environments (e.g., CRM, eCommerce)Proven ability to communicate and mentor C-Level stakeholders on product management best practicesBroad understanding of business, technology, and industry trendsDemonstrated delivery experience within Agile teamsExperience managing or coaching senior professionalsStrong facilitation skills for leading diverse stakeholder groupsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsEffective team management skills across multi-disciplinary teamsSound knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologiesCommercially astute with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and budgetDesirableExperience working in digital startups or full-service digital agenciesBackground delivering high-quality digital productsExperience leading Digital Transformation initiativesProject management certifications (e.g., Scrum Product Owner, PRINCE2, MSP)Active involvement in product management communities (e.g., conferences, online groups)Contact Anna-Jane Murphy at Anson McCade to learn more!AMC/AJM/PPMRK
