Finance and Operations Administration ManagerNational Leisure and Entertainment BusinessUp to £40,000 | Remote-First with quarterly meetings in LodnonWe are working with a well-established national leisure and entertainment organisation to recruit a Finance and Operations Administration Manager. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support fast-moving teams at the intersection of digital, product, and engineering functions within a creative and collaborative environment.This is a remote-first role, with occasional in-person meetings throughout the year. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the UK and internationally, helping to ensure smooth operational delivery across a wide range of projects and internal processes.PLEASE NOTE: Experience with MS Dynamics 365 is a must for this role The RoleThis is a key administrative and coordination role, supporting operational effectiveness across teams including Product, Engineering, Finance, and Procurement. The successful candidate will be a highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys improving systems and processes to drive team efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of internal finance administration processes, including purchase orders, invoicing, and supplier coordination using financial systems such as Microsoft Dynamics.Maintain and manage software licensing records, ensuring timely renewals and accurate access for team members.Support supplier onboarding and procurement processes using internal tools and documentation systems.Coordinate regular reporting cycles, including status updates, performance tracking, and delivery reviews across digital workstreams.Organise team meetings, workshops, and periodic offsite events – managing logistics, scheduling, and materials preparation.Oversee travel arrangements and logistics for team events and external engagements.Provide logistical support for internal training initiatives and onboarding sessions.What We’re Looking ForEssential:Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills and confidence working with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).A collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.Able to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.Desirable:Experience in a similar administrative or operational support role, ideally within a digital or technology-led environment.Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or similar finance/ERP systems.Comfort using project tracking and collaboration tools such as Jira or Confluence.Previous experience in event or travel coordination.
