Job Title: Office ManagerSalary: £25,000 – £28,000Location: Didsbury Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week08:15 – 17:00 (Monday to Thursday)08:00 – 15:00 (Friday)Role OverviewWe are looking for an organised, proactive, and people-focused Office Manager to oversee the smooth running of our fast-paced recruitment office. This role will work closely with Group Services & Sales to support operations, employee experience, supplier management, and reporting functions.You will play a key part in ensuring office systems and processes run efficiently, while also supporting key projects and helping teams stay productive and informed. This includes involvement in ad hoc project work as required across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesOffice & Operations ManagementManage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a high-performing, professional, and well-equipped environment.Provide remote support for offices in Spain and the United States, including management of office supplies and coordination of new employee onboarding.Act as a central point of contact for cross-functional support to sales, delivery, and back-office teams.Maintain office supplies, tech equipment, and facility services, ensuring everything is fully stocked and fit for purpose.Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, including reviewing contracts and tracking renewals.Systems & TechnologyProvide support for core systems used across the business (e.g. Microsoft packages, IT tools, CRM platforms). Experience with Bullhorn is an advantage.Assist with the implementation of new systems and technologies in the office, ensuring a smooth rollout and usage by staff.Manage and update the internal intranet, ensuring all content is timely, relevant, and clear.Reporting & AdminPrepare and maintain regular operational reports (e.g. supplier spend, office costs, system usage).Support the Director of Operations and senior leaders with ad hoc reporting requests.Monitor budget lines for office-related expenses and suggest cost-effective improvements where appropriate.People & ExperienceCoordinate onboarding for new hires, including desk setup, system access, and induction materials.Help deliver an exceptional employee experience through smooth processes, helpful support, and a positive office atmosphere.Organise and manage internal and external events (e.g. team socials, training days, leadership off-sites).Travel & SchedulingManage all travel, accommodation, and hospitality bookings for team members.Support executive scheduling and coordination of meetings or off-site activities where needed.Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience in an Office Manager, Admin Lead, or Operations Support role.Ideally from a recruitment, staffing, or fast-paced commercial environment.Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with high attention to detail.Confident using office technologies and systems (experience with Bullhorn or other CRMs a plus).Comfortable producing reports and tracking key operational data.Approachable, solution-focused, and able to work across multiple teams.
