We manage and administer the pension interests of over 330,000 scheme members, 800+ employers and currently have over £21 billion in assets under management.We are recruiting for Partner Fund Support Officer to join our continually growing Governance Risk & Assurance Service area. Our brand-new offices are based at the i9 building in Wolverhampton and is an excellent location for transport links by car, bus, train and tram.What the day will look likeresponsibilities include:To provide effective administrative support across key programmes and projects, ensuring efficient programme management, governance, contract/supplier relationship management, and professional business support to stakeholders.To support the coordination of meetings in line with established governance structures, including setting up meetings, managing diaries, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.To assist with the preparation, collation, and distribution of reports, and take clear, accurate minutes to support the effective administration of meetings.To contribute to the maintenance and monitoring of workplans, ensuring strong communication and stakeholder engagement throughout.About youYou will provide high-quality administrative support to ensure effective programme management, governance, stakeholder coordination, and the smooth running of key meetings.
