The successful candidate will manage a caseload primarily focused on standard commercial leases, including shops and flats. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive team environment with strong administrative assistance.Key Responsibilities:Handle a varied caseload of standard commercial leases and related property matters independently.Provide clear legal advice to clients on commercial property transactions.Liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to progress matters efficiently.Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory and firm standards.Candidate Requirements:Proven experience managing commercial property matters, especially standard leases involving shops and flats.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workload independently.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work primarily from the office with flexibility for 1-2 days of remote work per week.Candidates should ideally be based within a 45-minute commute of Doncaster due to the office location and transport limitations.What We Offer:Competitive salary package up to 60-65K, aligned with market rates for the region and experience.Hybrid working arrangement: predominantly office-based with 1-2 days working from home.Supportive work environment with a strong admin team to assist your caseload.Opportunity to join a well-regarded legal team within a multi-office firm.
