FLT Counterbalance Drivers (Days & Nights) Doncaster Location: Doncaster (Near Tray Wash site) Shifts: 4 On 4 Off (12-hour shifts) Day Rate: 13.37 per hour (06:00 18:00) Night Rate: 14.47 per hour (18:00 06:00) Are you an experienced Forklift Driver looking for a stable, long-term role with a top-tier hourly rate? Full-Time Opportunity: Stable work in a busy, essential sector. The Role You will be responsible for keeping the facility moving. Duties include: Operating a counterbalance forklift to load, unload, and transport materials. Supporting the warehouse team with stock management and inventory. Carrying out daily vehicle maintenance checks. Following all safety protocols to ensure a smooth, accident-free shift. What youll need to apply: Experience: A minimum of 1 year prior experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment. The Licence: A valid FLT Counterbalance certificate. Note: Your certificate must be within 3 years of its issue date. We can only accept older certificates if you have proof of a refresher course completed within this year. Reliability: The ability to handle physical tasks and heavy lifting where required. Skills: Basic maths for order fulfilment and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving. Ready to get started?
