Job Description HR Generalist40,000 + bonus | Diss, Norfolk / Hybrid (3 days on-site)Manufacturing EnvironmentThis is a site-based HR role with a bit more scope than most.The HR Business Partner has recently stepped into a broader role, which has created the need for someone to take real ownership of the UK site.Youll be the person on the ground.Visible. Trusted. Involved in how things actually run day to day.Whats different about this role:Alongside the usual generalist HR work, theres a strong focus on data and visibility.They want someone who can:get a clear picture of whats happening across the workforcespot patterns in absence and attendanceand use that to support better decisions on siteIts not just producing reports.Its helping the business understand where it can improve.The Role:Youll be working closely with the HR Business Partner, supporting the UK operation.Day to day, that includes:Supporting managers and employees on siteHandling ER and general HR activitySupporting payroll processes and accuracyAlongside that, youll:Own HR reporting and analysisWork with data from time and attendance systemsHelp bring more structure and consistency to HR processesIts a hands-on role in a busy environment, but one where youll have real input into how things are done.What theyre looking for:HR generalist experience (Advisor level or similar)CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent)Someone who has used WorkDay or similarComfortable working with HR data and reportsGood understanding of UK employment lawIdeally experience in manufacturing or a site-based environmentWhats On Offer:40,000 + BonusExcellent Benefits including a solid pensionHybrid working (3 days on-site)Close support from an experienced HR Business PartnerFor more information, apply now for a confidential chat!
