This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of claims handling, reporting, and compliance, ensuring accuracy and effective communication across the business, insurers, and external partners.About the RoleAs an Insurance Administrator, youll play a crucial role in managing insurance claims, monitoring data, and ensuring risk is minimised through accurate reporting and effective use of telematics. Youll be responsible for coordinating with drivers, insurers, and brokers, while identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring compliance with internal processes.Working Pattern:You will work on a 4 days on/4 days off rotating shift pattern with each shift being 12hours from 10am to 10:00pm(1hour break)Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure all accidents are reported within 48 hours on the insurance portalRaise invoices within 24 hoursCheck vehicle cameras daily and ensure footage is reviewed as neededAnalyse and act upon driving behaviour data from telematics systemsRegularly review speeding offences, highlight high-risk drivers, and take necessary actionRespond promptly to all insurance-related communicationsMaintain regular contact with insurance brokers and update records on outstanding claimsEnsure accurate documentation and reporting on all insurance mattersIdentify and recommend cost-saving opportunitiesComplete administrative tasks as requiredPerform spot checks on the vehicle fleet to ensure compliance and data accuracyRead telematics data and action findingsRaise damage bills and insurance excessesKey Attributes and SkillsThorough and excellent attention to detailStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent communication, including active listening and clear verbal/written communicationFlexibility to support varying shift patterns and business hoursProficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysisAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectivelyWhy Join?Youll join a collaborative and professional environment where your input is valued, and your skills can grow.
