Nursery Manager

Nursery Manager required for a setting in Didcot , Oxfordshire, the role will be a mix of room based and office based duties, we would consider a strong deputy manager looking for a step up, you must be able to work full-time and have recent managerial / deputy experience in a UK nursery. Nursery Manager Requirements - Level 3 or above in childcare Recent UK experience as a nursery manager or deputy nursery manager Up to date knowledge on EYFS and aware of recent changes Strong communication skills and a good level or spelling and grammar. Reliable, punctual and trustworthy. Familiar with Ousted and inspections. Nursery Manager Duties - Communications both face to face, telephone and in writing to staff, parents , care givers and outside agencies. Support staff and highlight areas for improvement , further training and any concerns. Deal with parent complaints, staff conflict in a professional and effective manner.
