Job Description Project ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a diverse portfolio of project works across customer sites throughout the UK. The role carries full accountability for the end-to-end management and delivery of multiple projects, typically ranging in value from 20k to 2m, ensuring delivery to time, cost, quality, safety, and commercial objectives.Key Responsibilities:Manage and deliver multiple projects from feasibility through completion and defects close-outAct as client representative under CDM Regulations, ensuring appropriate appointments and duty-holder complianceDefine client briefs and Employers Requirements, developing clear scopes of work and activity schedulesLead consultants, designers, specialists, and subcontractors to ensure coordinated deliveryProduce and manage project programmes, identifying and mitigating risks and slippageEnsure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, quality, and company governance requirementsManage project-level commercials, including cost control, margin performance, valuations, and payment applicationsMaintain accurate project documentation and provide regular progress and financial reportingEnsure successful handover of compliant, maintainable assets into business-as-usual operationsEssential Experience & Knowledge:Minimum 5 years project management experience within M&E, FM, construction, or critical environmentsProven end-to-end project delivery experienceStrong understanding of construction health 'safety legislation and CDMCommercially astute with experience managing project costs and revenueCompetent in recognised project management methodologiesQualifications (Desirable):Formal Project Management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2 or equivalent)NEBOSH, IOSH Managing Safely, and/or SMSTS
