Working within a strategically focussed HR Team, you will be reporting into the HR Manager and support on exciting projects as well as the day-to-day HR operations. As a HR Advisor, these include:Manage offers of employment and the induction process including references and medicalsOnboarding new starters and support the recruitment and selection processOffboarding leavers and conducting exit interviewsCarry out investigation meetings and disciplinaries in line with the absence management policySupport with employee engagement focus groupsLead on wellbeing initiatives for the siteSupport line managers with annual performance reviewsDevelop and deliver HR related training to managersConduct and analyse absence management reporting and communicate trends to managersThe ideal candidate will be CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards this with experience of managing low level ER cases or absence management and will have worked in a similar industries such as FMCG, manufacturing or logistics.If you'd like to hear more, apply now.
