Account Manager£30k plus 5k OTEExeter- OnsiteRole OverviewThe Account Manager plays a key role in driving commercial growth by building strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of customers. This is an opportunity to take real ownership of customer partnerships, influence outcomes, and contribute directly to the success of a growing business.If you enjoy relationship-led sales, managing multiple opportunities, and being trusted to run your own accounts while working as part of a supportive team, this role offers both challenge and progression.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and progress sales opportunities.Handle inbound customer enquiries and coordinate internally where required.Take ownership of a defined customer portfolio and build effective working relationships.Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through repeat business and additional services.Proactively identify new contacts or opportunities within existing relationships.Monitor customer activity and identify accounts at risk of disengagement.Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service.Participate in team meetings and contribute to shared objectives.About you:Experience in an account management or customer-facing sales roleStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesConfident use of CRM systems and standard business toolsCommercially aware and target-focusedExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated and comfortable working as part of a teamSound like you?
