Senior Quantity Surveyor – DevonCompetitive Salary: Up to £70,000 + Car Allowance + BonusHybrid We're seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing commercial team delivering complex, high-value marine and civil engineering projects across the UK.What You'll DoLead cost planning, forecasting, and value reporting.Prepare tenders, variations, and claims; negotiate with clients and subcontractors.Manage CVRs, cash flow, and margin performance.Oversee procurement and subcontractor compliance.Mentor junior QS team members and ensure commercial governance.What We're Looking ForDegree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or Civil Engineering.MRICS or CICES (or working towards) desirable.Proven experience in civil engineering or marine infrastructure.Strong knowledge of UK construction contracts (NEC, JCT).Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.We can only consider applications from those eligible to work in the UK for this role.For more information on this exciting position, please contact Stuart Hensman at ARM on02392 228231 or email your CV and covering letter to .
