Quality and Compliance Manager – UK & IrelandLocation: Multi-site role Are you a driven Quality leader looking to make a real impact across a multi-site organisation? VPK Packaging UK & Ireland is seeking a Quality and Compliance Manager to lead all quality and compliance activity across our five manufacturing sites.This is a pivotal role where you’ll develop and execute the strategic plan for quality, standardise processes, and foster a unified approach to quality and compliance across the region. You’ll be instrumental in embedding a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement, ensuring our products and services meet the highest standards.What you’ll be doingStrategic Quality Planning – Develop and deliver a proactive quality management strategy aligned with business goals.Standardisation & Improvement – Implement consistent processes and drive initiatives that improve efficiency and product quality.Compliance – Ensure adherence to industry regulations, standards, and certifications. Lead internal/external audits and corrective actions.Leadership – Build, guide, and develop a high-performing quality team across multiple sites.Engagement – Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to integrate quality into all areas of the business.Data & Reporting – Use data-driven analysis to track and communicate quality performance.Risk Management – Identify and mitigate potential quality and compliance risks proactively.What we’re looking forStrong experience in quality and compliance management within a manufacturing or packaging environment.Proven ability to develop and implement quality strategies across multiple sites.A collaborative leader, skilled in coaching, motivating and developing teams.Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations with experience managing audits and certifications.Analytical and data-driven, with a continuous improvement mindset.What we offerAt VPK, we know our people are at the heart of our success.
