Key Responsibilities Manage complex executive calendars and resolve scheduling conflictsPrepare meeting agendas, packs and briefing notesRecord and track meeting actions and ensure timely follow-upCoordinate travel, accommodation and logistics for business trips and eventsSupport internal and external communications on behalf of executivesDraft and proof emails, documents and presentationsHandle confidential information with discretionTrack key projects, deliverables and deadlinesSupport leadership meetings, board packs and governance preparationCoordinate leadership offsites, client visits and company eventsManage expenses, invoices and budget trackingLiaise across departments to ensure smooth information flowUndertake research and prepare briefing materials for executivesKey Skills and Experience Experience within a EA or PA supporting senior executivesStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationConfident using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience with communication tools such as TeamsCalm and professional under pressureDiscreet and trustworthy with sensitive informationAble to prioritise and multitask across competing demandsProactive and anticipatory, thinking ahead to prevent issuesComfortable working independentlyStrong attention to detail and follow-throughExperience in technology, consulting or corporate environmentsBasic financial and budgeting awarenessPersonal Attributes Reliable, adaptable and resourcefulProfessional and diplomatic in all interactionsConfident engaging with senior stakeholdersPositive attitude and solution-focused mindsetStrong sense of ownership and accountabilityTPBN1_UKTJ
