Youll work closely with senior leadership, private equity stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to identify and deliver strategic acquisitions.Key ResponsibilitiesSource, evaluate, and execute potential M&A opportunitiesLead diligence processes and manage external advisorsDevelop financial models and investment papersCoordinate with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Commercial, Product)Essential ExperienceStrong experience in corporate development, M&A, or deal sourcingDemonstrated ability to lead deals end-to-end autonomouslyProven commercial mindset and ability to operate in a fast-paced environmentBackground in technology or high-growth sectors strongly preferredExperience working in or with PE-backed companiesAvailable to start immediately or on short noticeAdditional ExperienceEx-consultant from a top-tier strategy or M&A firmLeading deal execution in SaaS or enterprise technology marketsThis is an exciting opportunity to step into a high-impact role within a PE-backed, dynamic and fast-scaling business.
