We are recruiting for a leading advisory firm in Belfast is looking for a Consultant/Sr. Consultant, to join their expanding Consulting team. This role supports a variety of client engagements, helping drive project team success within the Asset and Project management space. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in Asset management within Financial Services sector helping them optimise asset management processes, improve operational efficiency, to drive impactful change across the industry.ResponsibilitiesSupport the delivery of consulting projects within asset management, including process improvement, regulatory compliance ensuring high-quality outputs and successfully meeting tight deadlines.Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with key asset management regulations such as SEC rules, MiFID II, or equivalent regional compliance standards.Stay up-to-date with trends and regulatory changes in asset management and financial services.Understand of asset management, banking and financial needs and recommend suitable solutions to meet these needs, providing an exceptional client experience in line with their requirementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful project executionPreparing comprehensive project documentation including, but not limited to, Project Plans, Reports, RAID Logs, Status Updates etc.Participate in workshops, interviews, and data collection exercises with clients.Supporting Senior Management in overseeing and executing project delivery.Identify growth opportunities and support business development efforts, including proposal writing and client presentations.Facilitating workshops to define project scopes and business requirements, ensuring outcomes are documented and shared with relevant stakeholders.Helping project manager by supporting and driving Business Development initiatives including the preparation of proposals and tenders for new client opportunities.Work with colleagues to ensure data integrity and regulatory alignment in business development efforts.Applicants must have the following:A third level degree, with a strong academic record.Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in asset management, financial services, or related consulting roles.Strong understanding of asset management operations, products, and regulatory environment.Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Experience with project management tools or methodologies
