Join Our Team as a Business Change AnalystLocation: Chesterfield, DerbyshireAn exciting opportunity has come available for a Business Change Analyst at our Chesterfield site within the Member Services Business Change team. They are responsible for delivering on key strategic, regulatory, digital and IT change projects across Brightwell member services. Within this role you will play a key role in driving transformation by analysing processes, engaging stakeholders, and delivering effective data-driven change aligned with strategic goals.What you’ll do:Primary role to both coordinate and deliver user acceptance testing within agreed timescales, working between team to ensure resourcing, plans, scripts and evidence are all aligned.Lead business research, mapping end to end business process identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement.Analyse business and operational requirements, problems, and opportunities, seeking and describing effective solutions and requirements.Expertise in using data analysis tools and techniques to interrogate data, identifying root cause, leading to actionable outcomes.Close engagement with 3rd party suppliers to communicate business requirements, accurately agree technical solutions and determine timescales & costs.Liaise with key stakeholders to raise their awareness around best practice, coaching the organisation to constantly improve.Support the quarterly Operational Excellence Capability reviews, identifying areas for improvement resulting in departmental improvement plans.This role would suit someone with:Ability to structure, analyse and present complex ideas and data, as well as resolve complex problems.Proven experience and knowledge of process improvement tools, methods, and techniques.Experience in programme/project management or an equivalent operational role.Experience of using process automation / digitisation techniques and technologies.Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Experience of working in a regulated environment.Why Brightwell?As a Brightwell colleague, you will enjoy a competitive salary, hybrid work practices, professional development, career development, and a great benefits package including:Annual performance bonus of up to 20%.25 days holiday (increasing to 30 with service) plus bank holidays.A pension with up to 17% employer contributions (depending on age).8 x salary Life Insurance.Generous family friendly policies, including up to 26 weeks full pay (maternity, adoption and paternity leave)Free health assessments.Health cash plan.Professional study support.Employee Assistance Programme and free Wellhub wellness network platform access.Free on-site parking.Building an inclusive work environment:Brightwell is committed to developing and maintaining an inclusive culture, ensuring that behaviours, working practices, and policies promote fair treatment and access to development opportunities for every colleague.
