Secretarial Team AssistantPremier US law firm is looking to hire a new Secretarial Team Assistant on a permanent basis to provide effective and high-quality administrative support to secretaries and fee earners in its London office.£35,000 salaryOffice based 5 days per week9:30am – 6:00pmSecretarial Team Assistant Key Responsibilities:Providing support with, printing, photocopying, scanning, bundling, bibling, e-bibles, binding, indexing, making up files, label printing and adding signatures.Support with e-filing, locating documents and minor research.Prepare reports, presentations and internal memos as directed.Support compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.Assist with inputting and transferring time entries and with editing time narratives.Secretarial Team Assistant Key Skills & Requirements:Minimum of 1 years’ experience within a Law Firm.Excellent written, organisation and communication skills.Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
