The role of a Maintenance Engineer: Maintain plant and machinery to a high standard through PPM Troubleshoot and find ways to improve line performance. Carry out pre-shift maintenance checks. Carry out condition based maintenance to reduce downtime Providing effective handover Working on new installation projects. Skills and Qualifications required in this Maintenance Engineer role: Minimum of a Level 3 Engineering qualification Preferably a time served apprentice.
