Wills & Probate Solicitor Burton Upon Trent or Derby locations available My client is looking for an experienced Wills & Probate Solicitor who is able to work with little supervision and has the knowledge and experience to train and develop more junior members of the team. Ideally the successful candidate will have 5 years PQE/Valid experience, or hold a full CILEX qualification and have experience in the following areas: Wills Powers of Attorney Trusts Inheritance tax Probate Later life planning Estate Administration Membership of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers and/ or STEP experience is desirable, but not essential.
