Job Description: Support Worker Young Adults Residential Care Location - DE1, Derby Hours - Full time 38hrs per week Days and Wake Night contracts available Why Join Us? Our mission is to provide a safe, nurturing space for children to learn, grow, and enjoy fulfilling lives. Shift Details: Days includes a mix of early shifts, late shifts, long days, OR Wake Nights Includes alternate weekend shifts Responsibilities: Provide a caring, consistent home environment for each young person Empower young adults to achieve goals, build confidence, and develop independence Serve as a positive role model Promote equality and diversity Ensure all health, educational, and care needs are met Qualifications & Experience Hold or be willing to work towards Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care Experience with children or Adults with moderate to severe learning disabilities, physical disabilities, Autism, ADHD, complex needs and related behavioural challenges.
