Your responsibilities will include:Welcoming and onboarding new clients, ensuring they feel supported from day oneManaging and coordinating client bookings with speed, accuracy, and attention to detailOrganising flights, travel arrangements, and associated logisticsProviding an exceptionally high standard of customer care at all timesActing as a trusted and dependable contact for clients, handling queries with confidence and professionalismMaintaining meticulous records and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed promptlyWorking closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service deliveryWe are looking for someone who:Has experience in a high-end, luxury, or premium customer-facing role (hospitality, concierge, travel, corporate services, etc.)Possesses outstanding communication skills warm, articulate, and polishedIs highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at onceBrings a positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
