Nursery Room Leader

Were looking for a warm, responsive and experienced Room Leader to join the team at Lots for Tots Childcare . What Youll Be Doing: Leading the daily running of a nursery room Creating a nurturing, stimulating environment that supports secure attachments Planning and delivering routines and activities based on the EYFS Providing responsive care that supports each childs emotional and physical needs Leading and coaching your room team with warmth and clarity Building strong partnerships with families Completing observations, assessments and progress tracking Supporting babies with additional needs and working with external professionals when required Ensuring a safe, clean and calm space for children to learn and grow What Were Looking For: Level 3 childcare qualification (essential) Excellent understanding of the EYFS, child development and safeguarding Strong communication skills and a kind, reflective approach to leadership A team player whos ready to grow alongside a brand-new setting Why Lots for Tots?
