Working Hours: 35 hours/week (4.5 days, flexible between 7am-7pm) About the Role We are seeking a proactive and experienced Supply Chain and Quality Manager to join a high-performing team at a leading engineering and manufacturing facility in Derby. This role is critical to ensuring supply chain efficiency, quality assurance, and risk mitigation across complex industrial operations. Key Responsibilities Supply Chain Management Monitor supplier performance and conduct load/capacity analysis Manage rate readiness and transfer of work Oversee supply chain intelligence and design change industrialisation Quality Management Drive non-conformity eradication (Events / SARI / QSR / Concessions) Implement APQP and SQIP for quality improvement Risk Management Identify and assess risks Define and execute mitigation plans Lead governance activities Ideal Candidate Profile Strong background in aerospace, manufacturing, or automotive industries Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Skilled in data analysis and reporting Practical problem-solving and crisis management abilities Project management experience is highly desirable Understanding of safety and quality topics Additional Information No travel required One-stage interview process (likely onsite) IR35: Off-payroll working rules apply Paid overtime available beyond 35 hours/week If you're ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role in a fast-paced industrial environment, we'd love to hear from you.
