Stock Controller Derby | On-site 28,000 - 30,000 Full-time | Permanent Eaton Syalon are recruiting for a Stock Controller for an established business based in Derby. This role involves analysing stock movements, investigating discrepancies, and producing clear reports to support decision-making. Key Responsibilities Keep all stock data accurate, updated, and consistently recorded across departments. Produce regular stock reports and variance summaries. Investigate discrepancies and work with managers to resolve issues. Support ERP updates and suggest process improvements. Assist with month-end stock reconciliations and adjustments. Work closely with Finance, Operations, and Analysts to explain findings. Skills & Experience Experience with ERP systems. Solid Excel skills (PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, IF). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualisation/reporting tools. Prior experience with stock management/reporting.
