Reporting to the OEM Motor Senior Manager, you will support dealers in achieving strong performance outcomes while ensuring great customer and compliance standards.This is a field-based role offering autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to build long-term, trusted partnerships within the motor finance industry.We particularly welcome applications from women and individuals currently underrepresented in motor finance and sales leadership roles.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong, trusted relationships with OEM Franchise Dealer PartnersDeliver engaging training on systems, campaigns, processes, and regulatory requirementsSupport dealers to improve performance across financial products, customer suitability, credit volume, and quality metricsCollaborate with partners on wholesale requirements, utilisation, and demonstrator planningEnsure accurate flow of information into internal risk and compliance teamsSupport resolution of complaints with a balanced, customer-focused approachIdentify opportunities to grow used car finance pipelines within your regionPrepare and present commission proposals in collaboration with internal teamsCarry out occasional dealer stock auditsAct as a trusted advisor, helping partners improve performance and customer outcomesSkills & AttributesWe are looking for someone who brings a mix of commercial awareness, relationship-building ability, and confidence working independently in a field-based role.Full driving licenceExperience in Retail Motor Finance or a similar financial services environmentStrong background in account management or business developmentConfident relationship builder with excellent communication skillsHighly organised with strong time management skillsComfortable working autonomously and managing your own territoryResilient, adaptable, and motivated by targets and resultsAble to influence stakeholders and build credibility at all levelsCollaborative approach with a focus on long-term partnershipsCould this be you?We know that people often hesitate to apply unless they meet every requirement.
