They invest in their homes and leadership teams to support sustainable, high-quality services.Key Responsibilities Lead the commissioning for a new luxury care home. Achieve and maintain CQC registration, embedding strong governance and compliance from the outset. Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing senior and frontline team. Establish a positive culture focused on quality, dignity, and sustainable growth.About You Proven experience commissioning a care home or service. Experience working as a Registered Manager in a CQC-regulated care environment. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and inspection readiness.
