The organisation operates community-based homes and is committed to person-centred care, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement within CQC-regulated environments.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide clear, values-led leadership and overall operational management of the service.Ensure care delivery meets CQC standards and regulatory requirements.Oversee audits, supervisions, appraisals, recruitment, and rota management.Drive continuous improvement and deliver agreed KPI outcomes.About YouExperience as a Registered Manager within a residential or nursing service.Level 5 NVQ in Leadership and Management, or working towards it.Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and MCA and DoLS compliance.If you are ready to take ownership of a service and lead with consistency and clarity, we would welcome a conversation. xjdpvnf Contact Max atLeaders in Care for more information or a confidential discussion.
