We strive to provide an outstanding service to all our users and to be thought leaders in our fields of expertise, developing research informed practise. Registry teams work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver a high-performance culture that promotes wellbeing, diversity and opportunity for all, supporting excellent student experience.About the RoleLocated within Admissions and/or the International Student Compliance team, this role will provide advice and support to current and predominantly prospective students on a wide range of practical issues including applications, the application process, offers, CAS issuance process, visas, EU settlement status, clearing and enrolment. The post holder will liaise closely with teams responsible for the onboarding and conversion of applicants to students, be this Admissions, Admissions Enquiry Team, International Compliance Team, Registry Operations, External Relations and the Student Hub.The post holder will play a key role in addressing applicant conversion through to enrolment contributing to a positive applicant experience, be that through the processing of an application, issuance of a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS), advice and guidance, confirmation and clearing or enrolment support.The task of processing student records and awards involves multiple systems and therefore comfort and confidence with working across various technologies is key. In doing so, you will understand and adhere to the sequence, process and data capturing needs to feed management information and statutory returns.About YouThe ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced administrative environment. You will have strong organisational skills, with the ability to understand complex requirements, plan work efficiently, and manage competing priorities.You will be expected to work independently and take ownership of your work, whilst working collaboratively across the team. Excellent judgment in handling situations and interacting with people, responding professionally and appropriately at all times is essential to the role.
