We have seen an increased demand for there services and are looking to expand across Daventry.Essential:Doctoral qualification (or equivalent) in applied psychologyRegistration with the HCPC as a Practitioner Psychologist and Charterable status with the British Psychological Society.Experience working with individuals with complex needs relevant to the service populationCompetence in psychological assessment and formulation, with the ability to learn and apply new assessment methodsCompetency with risk assessment, management, and evaluation toolsExperience using a range of therapeutic approaches to address different clinical issues, with awareness of other therapeutic modalities relevant to the service user populationJob Responsibilities:Support the delivery of psychology services within a specified area, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and under appropriate direction and supervisionActively participate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure patients are fully engaged in their care pathwaySupport the work of the clinical team through the provision of direct interventions and delivery of staff training programmesSupport the clinical team and area of service in developing new initiatives and ways of workingWork collaboratively with internal and external agencies to enhance treatment pathways for patientsTo be considered, click apply or send your CV to;[email protected]
