CRANE OPERATIVE 4 ON 4 OFF ROTATING DAYS AND NIGHTS - 06:00-18:00 /18:00-06:00 15.00 - 16.00 PER HOUR People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Crane Operator to join our well-established client based in Northamptonshire . This is a fantastic opportunity offering great rates and room to expand and progress in the company Benefits Weekly pay Free onsite parking Canteen facility Opportunity to go permanent Day to Day Duties Your day-to-day duties as a Crane Operative with our client will be: Operation of Rubber Tyre Gantry (RTG) Cranes Load and unload rail wagons, road vehicles and inter-modal units as required in accordance with laid down instructions Secure loads properly using slings, chains, and other rigging equipment Inspect crane equipment and job site for potential safety hazards Essential Skills Essential skills needed to be a Crane Operative with our client are: Experience is preferred but not essential as full on the job training will be provided Able to work on own initiative as well as part of the team Excellent communication skills Professional telephone and email manner. Training Full training provided on site and continued development.
