Our engineers are exceptionally talented at building AI and robotics solutions , but they need a strong project lead who can ensure that technology governance, reporting, and process discipline are followed without stifling creativity. What youll do Provide project management oversight and governance for engineering-led initiatives. Act as the bridge between the engineering teams and wider IT / business stakeholders . Implement project controls, reporting, and delivery frameworks to keep initiatives on track. Balance innovation with compliance ensuring projects align with IT standards and governance. Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones across complex, high-tech programmes. What youll bring Strong track record as a Senior Project Manager within IT / engineering. Background working with emerging tech, AI, or robotics desirable. Excellent stakeholder management skills able to influence at all levels. Experience implementing governance and rigour in fast-moving, innovative environments. Solid understanding of cost, risk, and delivery management .
