Youll work Monday Friday, day time hours, ensuring the general operational efficiency of our inventory function.Pay, benefits and more:Were looking to offer a salary of up to 45,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. Youll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension and many other perks.What youll do on a typical day:Support delivery of Operational, Contracted KPI'sSupport the production of daily, weekly and monthly performance reportsReview and maintain site Business Continuity PlansSOP, SSOW and RA reviews and maintenance, in conjunction with the operations teamsEnsure all colleagues are trained, with the right skill sets for their role, in line with the customers activity requirements with an added focus on their wellbeing at all timesManage the resource levels within the stock control team, managing forecasts, budgets and key efficiency metrics at all times.What you need to succeed at XPO:Previous experience in an inventory management role in a fast-paced warehouse operationA solid knowledge of stock processes and proceduresThe ability to identify improvements and use key performance indicators to improve performance and efficiencyConfidence in the use of IT, especially warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office packagesWe strive to create an inclusive environment for all our colleagues, where everyone feels welcomed, empowered and where you can bring your true self to work.
