They have a healthy pipeline of works for years to come and due to continued growth are now seeking several experiencedSeniorQuantity Surveyorsto join their team in Northamptonshire to aid with numerous Industrial/Logistics projects.ResponsibilitiesCommercial ManagementLead all cost and commercial activities across industrial construction projects, ensuring financial performance aligns with contract and company objectives.Procurement & Subcontractor OversightManage tendering, negotiation, and appointment of subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring best value and compliance with project specifications.Cost Control & ReportingMaintain accurate cost plans, forecasts, and cash flow projections, preparing regular financial reports for senior management and clients.Contract AdministrationAdminister main and subcontract agreements (NEC, JCT, or equivalent), including managing variations, change orders, and payment applications.Risk & Value ManagementIdentify commercial risks and opportunities, driving value engineering and cost-saving initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.Team & Client CollaborationWork closely with project managers, site teams, and clients to ensure transparent communication, timely issue resolution, and successful project delivery.RequirementsMust have relevant degree level qualificationsMust have 5+ years experience in a similar role on Large-scale industrial construction projectsMust be based within commutable distance of DaventryBenefits80,000 - 90,000 + BenefitsTPBN1_UKTJ
