With a strong focus on detail and commercial performance, you'll be instrumental in maintaining a high-quality customer experienceensuring product listings are accurate, engaging, and optimised for visibility and conversion. Your work will directly support the wider digital strategy and ongoing growth in the vape industry.So What Will YOU Be Doing?Managing the end-to-end setup of new products across B2B and B2C websitesWrite SEO-friendly, engaging product descriptions and upload high-quality imageryCategorise and price products accurately to drive visibility and conversionCreate and update promotional banners, landing pages, and onsite messagingManage affiliate feeds, ensuring accuracy across external channelsCollaborate with a video agency to implement product videos that enhance conversionSupport marketing campaigns through onsite scheduling and merchandisingWrite engaging blog content aligned with industry trends and SEO best practicesUse tools like Google Analytics and Phocas to analyse customer behaviourRecommend and implement site improvements based on data insightsBrief new functionality and support testing of ecommerce developmentsWhat Will YOU Bring to the Role?2+ years experience in an ecommerce or merchandising role (vape industry experience a plus)Strong working knowledge of B2C and B2B ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento)Excellent writing skills with an eye for SEO, tone, and grammarExperience with CMS systems and managing online contentConfident interpreting data using Google Analytics, Phocas, or similar toolsOrganised, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasksBasic knowledge of HTML/CSS is beneficialExperience with affiliate feeds or channel management is desirableWhat Will YOU Get in Return?Competitive salary25 days holiday plus stats Cash-back health scheme including remote GP services Discounts for Retail / Holidays / Wellbeing / Days Out Discounted products Life Insurance Onsite gym Onsite car parkTHE NEXT STEPS!
