About SuperiaSuperia is an ambitious transmedia IP spanning a fantasy book trilogy, Web3 integration, AI-driven narrative solutions, and our flagship game Tales of Lur. Our mission is to build a living universe where storytelling, interactive gameplay, and technology converge.We’re seeking a Head of Transmedia Development (or Executive Producer / Franchise Director) to help us shape, manage, and expand the Superia universe across multiple mediums. This role is pivotal in aligning creative, technical, and production teams to deliver a cohesive, global franchise.ResponsibilitiesFranchise & IP LeadershipOwn the creative and production roadmap across novels, games, AI systems, and Web3 integrations.Ensure story/world consistency across all platforms.Game & Narrative ProductionOversee development of Tales of Lur (narrative-driven game) from pre-production through launch.Partner with narrative, design, and tech teams to balance gameplay, lore, and player experience.Cross-Media ExpansionGuide adaptation of IP into novels, audio narrative experiences, and interactive formats.Collaborate with partners in publishing, animation, and entertainment.Team & Partner CollaborationWork closely with writers, artists, developers, and AI engineers.Manage external studios, vendors, and creative collaborators.Strategic OversightAlign creative vision with business strategy and market opportunities.Contribute to pitch decks, partner discussions, and investor relations.Required Skills & Experience3-6+ years in media, gaming, or entertainment production.Proven track record as Executive Producer, Game Director, Franchise Director, or Head of IP/Transmedia.Experience managing complex, cross-disciplinary teams (creative + technical).Strong understanding of game production pipelines (Unity/Unreal or equivalent).Deep knowledge of narrative development (games, novels, TV/film, or interactive storytelling).Ability to translate high-level creative vision into executable roadmaps.Exceptional communication and leadership skills.Nice-to-Have SkillsBackground in Web3, NFTs, DeFi.Experience with AI tools in narrative or game design.Prior work on franchise/IP expansions (books, TV, comics, or transmedia storytelling).Experience with fantasy / lore-heavy projects.What We OfferThe chance to build a franchise from the ground up — book, game, AI, and beyond.Direct creative influence on a multi-platform fantasy IP.Collaboration with a visionary team of writers, artists, and technologists.Flexible/remote work setup.Competitive compensation (to be discussed based on experience).How to ApplyInterested?
