Just clear leadership, financial transparency, and true commercial alignment.Key Aspects of the Role:- Lead and grow the employment offering from within a well-capitalised, listed national firm- Advise a high-quality client base across corporate, PE-backed, and fast-growth businesses- Work with high-performing partners across commercial, corporate, litigation teams- Take control of your personal brand, trajectory, and income potentialIdeal Candidate:- Partner, Legal Director, or Senior Associate on the cusp of step-up- England & Wales qualified with 10+ PQE- Experience in both contentious and advisory (exits, reorgs, TUPE, board-level counsel)- Demonstrable commerciality and ability to develop client relationships- Entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to shape, lead, and elevate a national practice*Discretion guaranteed.
