Do you thrive in fast-paced, commercial environments and enjoy building strong relationships with leaders to drive business outcomes?We’re working with a leading professional services firm that’s looking to appoint an HR Business Partner to join their London-based team. This is a hands-on, varied role that will see you working closely with senior stakeholders, delivering a high-quality HR service across several UK sites.The RoleReporting into the Senior HR Manager you will:Partner with business leaders to align people plans with business goalsProvide trusted advice across all areas of HR including employee relations, performance, and change managementManage and coach line managers through complex ER cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performanceDeliver and support HR projectsPresent HR reporting and insight to leadership teamsSupport L&D needs across the business, including facilitating the performance review processKeep the business informed and prepared for upcoming employment legislation and policy changesLine manage and support more junior members of the HR teamThis is a London-based role, with regular travel (2–3 times per month) to regional offices in Kent and Essex.About YouYou’ll be an experienced HR professional with:A minimum of 3 years’ experience operating at Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner levelPrevious line management experience within an HR functionStrong, up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practiceExcellent employee relations experience and confidence managing complex casesExperience working in professional services, financial services, or a corporate head office environmentProven experience in partnering with business leaders and influencing at senior levelsComfortable working at pace and adapting to change with a calm, solutions-focused approachA proactive and collaborative style, with strong communication and organisational skillsHybrid WorkingPlease note: during the first six weeks, you will be required to be in the office full time for onboarding and integration. After that, hybrid working will apply (three days in the office, two days working from home).
