Based in London, Canary WharfWe Put People First so you can Deliver Outstanding ServiceWe are looking for a Cleaning Account Manager to join our team in Canary Wharf overseeing a large corporate contract.Reporting to the Account Lead, you will lead a team of over 80+ staff, including supervisors and operatives, ensuring that the cleaning standards across the 3 sites are consistently met and upheld to the highest level. Every day will bring new challenges, and you’ll leverage your exceptional interpersonal skills to guide, support, and develop your team.As a Cleaning Account Manager you’ll be:Maintaining strong client relationships with high levels of satisfactionProviding and maintaining the quality of service deliveryManaging, recruiting, and coaching local service teamsCarrying out ad-hoc and regular activities such as projects, reports, audits as required by and to support the Operations Manager.Hold regular contract and specification review meetings with customersBe responsible for ensuring Health & Safety procedures and legislation is adhered toLooking for opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings and account growth.As a Cleaning Account Manager you’ll have:Strong leadership and motivational abilities, with the capacity to plan ahead, work under pressure, and influence stakeholders at all levels.Experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysisA working knowledge of Health and Safety systems within the cleaning industry, ensuring safety for all individuals involved.Previous experience working with commercial clients would be highly desirable, along with a flexible approach to meeting diverse client needs.A full driving license and the ability to travel to various sites as required.What we offer youWe believe in rewarding talent and creating a workplace where everyone feels valued.
