Multi-Skilled Operative - Kent, Dartford Salary: 12.50 per hour Hours: Minimum 48 hours per week, Monday-Friday A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join one of our well-renowned Security Clients in Kent. We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Multi-Skilled Operative to work across customer sites, delivering a range of security and property maintenance services to a high professional standard. The Role As a Multi-Skilled Operative, you will carry out a wide variety of tasks on customer sites, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the standard our clients expect. Installation & Maintenance Installing steel security solutions to vacant properties Erecting and dismantling hoarding, fencing, and barriers Installing temporary intruder alarm and CCTV systems Property Clearance & Cleaning Clearing and cleaning vacant or damaged properties to agreed specifications Safely removing and disposing of waste, including biohazardous materials, in line with H&S procedures Garden clearance, including vegetation removal and cutbacks Site Operations & Safety Following risk assessments and method statements Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards on site Inspecting and reporting defects in vehicles, tools, and equipment Wearing the correct PPE and promoting safe working practices Customer Service & Teamwork Liaising professionally with clients on-site Supporting colleagues and attending team briefings Promoting customer satisfaction at every stage This is a physically demanding role involving regular lifting and carrying of equipment. Overtime and occasional overnight stays may be required (accommodation and food budget provided). What We're Looking For A motivated, safety-focused individual who takes pride in delivering high-quality work. Essential Clean UK driving licence (minimum 5 years' experience) Competent in the use of hand and power tools Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and safe working practices Strong background in vacant property services, including clearance and cleaning Ability to use computers and handheld devices Desirable Experience handling or disposing of biohazardous materials (or willingness to train) CSCS Card / CITB HS&E Test Abrasive Wheel, MEWPs, or First Aid certification Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt on-site Easy to Apply Quick and easy online registration with the Pure Staff app , including a digital Right to Work check and digital interview process.
