Job Description Freelance Content Creator & Social Media Manager needed initially 2 months, with a view to extend.Were looking for a Freelance Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join a fast-growing brand in the health and wellness space. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands how to build engaged communities, and can translate brand messaging into compelling, social-first content.Please note, this brand is based in Dartford and is looking for someone able to work from their offices 2 days per week.Youll play a key role in shaping and executing the brands social presence from content planning and creation to performance analysis and community engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the brands social media channels (primarily Instagram and facebook)Plan and execute social-first content strategies aligned with brand and growth goalsConcept, create, and publish engaging short-form video and static contentManage the social content calendar and ensure consistent brand storytellingMonitor trends, cultural moments, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevantAnalyse performance metrics and optimise content based on insightsEngage with the community through comments, DMs, and conversationsCollaborate with internal teams and external creators to deliver impactful campaignsWhat Were Looking ForExperience managing brand social media accounts, ideally within health, wellness, beauty, or lifestyleStrong understanding of social-first storytelling and platform trendsExperience creating mobile-first content (Reels, TikTok, short-form video)Comfortable both strategically planning and executing content hands-onStrong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projectsPassion for health, wellness, and lifestyle cultureBonus SkillsExperience working with content creators or influencersBasic video editing skillsUnderstanding of social analytics and growth strategiesThis role is starting ASAP!
