Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates from first principles Manage pre-qualification inquiries and tender submissions Liaise with designers and clients to clarify scope Attend site surveys and client meetings across the South East Negotiate costs and contract terms Produce detailed budget breakdowns and commercial reports ?? Candidate Requirements Proven experience in estimating for civils, groundworks, or enabling works Strong analytical and negotiation skills HND/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or similar Willingness to travel for site visits and client discussions ??
