Insurance Surveyor / Contracts Manager Location: Kent(Dartford,Sevenoaks,Bromley,Maidstone)orEssex Salary: 55,00060,000 (DOE) + Company Car + Benefits Our client, a successful contractor based in Essex, specialising in insurance reinstatement works following fire, flood, escape of water and subsidence damage is looking to recruit an experience Insurance Surveyor / Contracts Manager. Inthisrole,youwillmanage high value tendered In this role you will manage high value tendered claims (100k - 300k) from survey throughtocompletion,ensuringworksarescoped,scheduled,anddeliveredefficientlyandtohighstandards.Youwilloverseesub-contractors,maintainbudgetcontrol,andensurecompliancewithHealth&Safety/CDMregulations.Youwillbesupportedbyastrongofficeadminteam(diarymanagementandWIPcoordination). Thisisahybridrolewith2/3daysintheofficebasedinEssex(althoughmorningswillnormallybespentoutinthefieldcarryingoutsitevisits). Surveyor / Contracts Manager Key Requirements: Proven experience in insurance reinstatement and domestic property repairs Experience of tendered claims, valued 100k - 300k Strong knowledge of trades, costs, and defect diagnosis Familiarity with Symbility/CoreLogic, Xactimate, or similar software Solid understanding of CDM and Health & Safety regulations Full UK driving licence Surveyor / Contracts Manager Package Includes: 55k60k salary (DOE) Company car 28 days holiday (incl. bank holidays) Pension scheme Private medical insurance If you are an organised, proactive professional with a background in insurance surveying or contract management, and you are based in or around the above-mentioned area, wed love to hear from you.
