Your responsibilities will include:Defining and implementing BIM workflows, templates, and company standardsDriving the business's progression toward ISO 19650 complianceOverseeing BIM coordination, model integration, clash detection, and model deliveryManaging internal BIM processes and external consultants across multiple projectsCollaborating with design, quality, and project teams to streamline digital deliveryReviewing and contributing to BEPs, EIRs, MIDPs, and TIDPsProviding training and support to internal teams to ensure consistent, effective BIM useRequirements:HNC or higher in a construction, design, or architectural disciplineProven experience as a BIM Manager or Senior BIM Lead within the construction or faade industryExpertise in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Common Data Environments (e.g. Aconex, Asite)Strong technical knowledge of roofing, cladding, and faade systems (rainscreen, composite, metal, etc.)Ability to lead teams, manage digital workflows, and troubleshoot BIM challengesExcellent communication and coordination skillsWhy This Role?This is a rare opportunity to join a business that's investing in its digital capabilities and to take the lead in transforming how faade and roofing projects are delivered.
