End Point Assessment Manager / Responsible OfficerRemember to check your CV before applying Also, ensure you read through all the requirements related to this role.An established End Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO) is seeking an experienced End Point Assessment Manager / Responsible Officer to oversee the delivery and compliance of End Point Assessments within a specialist technical sector.This role is responsible for managing EPA operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting assessors and IQAs, and maintaining high-quality assessment processes. You will also act as the main contact with regulatory and quality assurance bodies while overseeing assessment planning, documentation, and reporting.This role is part time (3 or 4 days per week), mainly home based but you will be required to have presence in the office in Darlington on a regular basis.Key RequirementsExperience within End Point Assessment, apprenticeships, or vocational trainingStrong understanding of EPA frameworks and regulatory complianceStrong quality assurance experience and knowledge Experience xjdpvnf using online assessment systemsExcellent organisational and stakeholder management skillsAbility to analyse data and produce reportsWhat's on Offer30K-40K salary (pro rata)Excellent benefits packageFlexible hybrid workingSupportive working environmentOpportunities for professional development
