Summary Of The Course The Sales and Marketing Associate Apprentice role is a developmental position within the On-Highway Team. During the apprenticeship, you will work 5 days per week, including 1 day for study at Darlington College. The working hours are flexible within the 8am – 5pm timeframe to suit business needs. Upon completion, you will obtain a Level 5 Operations Management qualification. Responsibilities Handle customer and internal communications professionally and clearly. Attend meetings with customers and internal stakeholders, contributing to discussions and actions. Support the development and delivery of strategic customer proposals. Manage, create, and maintain customer relationships and an active pipeline of ongoing projects. Assist in providing accurate sales forecasts and financial data through analysis. Consolidate sales data and contribute to demand forecasting. Support the development and delivery of strategic customer projects. Assist with market analysis and communication of value propositions.
